Frequency, vibration, waves

I have long been interested in the idea of how the many energies that surround and lie within them interact with each other. Everyone imagines or explains this differently, but the spiritual and scientific lines blur somewhere.
It is mostly in spiritual circles that we hear about how our vibrational levels are affected. That is, that there is a measurable form of our emotions. They are the ones who claim that love and peace can be at higher vibrational levels, while fear and anger can show lower frequencies.
We can also see evidence from a scientific perspective. When measuring brain waves, changes in emotional states and thought processes can be detected. One of the best-known examples of this is the beta, alpha, theta, and delta brain waves, which are associated with different levels of activity. For example, beta waves are active when we are awake and focused, while alpha waves occur when we are relaxing or meditating. This certainly suggests that emotions and thoughts have a direct impact on the frequency of our brain waves, and therefore our vibrational level.
I was very inspired by this topic. It's not easy to create a visual world for waves that exist, can be measured, but we can't see them.
And interference is even more interesting, when waves add up, meet, and affect each other. It's mind-boggling to think that somewhere we too are connected and functioning in this way. Through tiny impulses.
